Mission of the Foundation

ADEC is a non-profit organization that aims to develop and empower a sustainable society through capacity-building programs, empowering children and youth, and empowering women's economic programs. Through its vision and mission, the Foundation is committed to the principles of human rights, including accountability and commitment to law, transparency, Justice, equality, non-discrimination, participation and excellence for the target groups

Goal of the Foundation

1. Contribute to building the professional capabilities of the Foundation and its employees and volunteers.
2. Contribute to the promotion and activation of the role of various community actors active in society.
3. Contribute to improving the economic situation of women.
4. To contribute to the empowerment of young children and to enhance their community participation and well-being.
